Privacy policy

TradingBot Reports is a private, owner-operated utility for storing and reviewing demo-trading performance and safety reports. This policy describes how it handles Google user data.

Google account access

The owner authorizes rclone to access Google Drive with https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. The application uses this permission to create, update and verify selected reporting files. It does not request unrestricted access to Google Drive.

Data processed

Reports may contain trading symbols, direction, execution times, realized demo profit or loss, fees, risk metrics, strategy labels and system health status. Reports originate on the owner's private server and are stored in the owner's Google Drive, not on this public website. OAuth credentials are kept in the owner's local rclone configuration.

Use and sharing

Reports are used to review trading performance and operational safety. The owner may separately authorize a ChatGPT Google Drive connection to retrieve and analyze the files; that integration is governed by its own authorization and terms. TradingBot Reports does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers. It does not place trading orders.

Retention and control

The owner controls retention and deletion of the Google Drive reports. Local copies remain on the owner's server until deleted. The owner may revoke rclone's Google authorization in Google Account settings. Revoking authorization does not automatically remove previously uploaded files.

Public website

This informational website has no login, advertising, analytics scripts or first-party tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data to operate and secure the website under its own policies. No trading reports are publicly displayed.

Security and contact

Only selected reports are intended to be transferred, never exchange API secrets, OAuth tokens or complete trading ledgers. For privacy inquiries, use the support email shown on the application's Google OAuth consent screen. This policy may be updated if data practices change.
